...tened me and took me in a room and forced me to resign by threat of termination. They did not write anything on mail also and did not gave any confirmation on my clean BGV, salary or experience letter. The reason I stayed even after tolerating so much mental trauma was only to fix things for which I constantly apologised my HOD even without being at mistake but she told me clearly that she does not care, and I should stop talking to her. I once considered her my mentor and admired her so much but her ego was bigger than anything else or anyone's career. This has been a pattern in her as I came to know that she has tortured and done similar things with 11 more people in the team who left because of her toxic attitude. Me along with those people also went to the CEO and spoke but things became worse after escalating against her. She is a great manipulative person and the CEO and Head HR is well connected with her supporting her as they are family friends. This is the 1st ever company in my 5 years of experience which has caused so much mental trauma to me leading to suicidal thoughts also but even after the mail from my side about the forced resignation to the founder and chairman of the company no one helped me. This was not expected from such a well established brand. These people are spoiling Dr. Devi Shetty's name and his vision also. This HOD even kept blackmailing me for 6 months that she will send one mail to HR and get me out of the organisation. She even yelled at me top of her voice and called me toxic, negative and bottleneck infront of team members.

Marketing team's culture is very bad and toxic because of the head of category and marketing team. The CEO and Head HR also supports her because they are family friends. 12 people including me have left the company because of her toxicity and mental torture she did to us. Other people left early but I was someone who kept trying to fix things but she made sure that she gets me out and eventually framed me and forced me into resignation by threat, blackmail and in an unlawful way. HR in this organisation works only for the leadership team and does not support any other mid level, junior level or any employee. I was once promoted because of my good work in just 10 months but only because HOD has her big ego she got upset to me for a small thing and disagreement which led her to plan and plot against me for 6 months. These 6 months were metal torture, harassment for me.

... doctors and other staff, creating an uncomfortable and demotivating atmosphere. Overtime Work: HR and some in-charge consultants often assign overtime duties without providing adequate compensation, which is not only unfair but also demoralizing. Unpaid Work:Despite putting in the extra effort and time, the company fails to compensate us for the additional work done, which affects morale and overall job satisfaction. Unfair Practices: There are instances where in-charge doctors prioritize their own benefits, leaving the rest of the team feeling unsupported and undervalued. I hope these concerns can be addressed to create a more supportive, safe, and respectful workplace for all employees. Because of these issues i had to resign from there...

Working in supply chain here is like gaining an ocean of knowledge about the process. You get exposed to their entire SCM cycle. From purchasing, negotiation, delivery to fulfilment. If your main interest is to learn about the domain, this place gives you ample experience for it.

...xperience especially the ones who have been here for more a long period of time. Pay is not bad, but still could do more. Appraisals are not bad for me, it was done in a fair manner. Those who work in units have a 6 day work/week. Which i personally dislike. But it's upto each individual. Overall it's a decent place to learn but people and culture is not that good that might have a direct impact on your work as well. If you think you can handle/tolerate such a toxic atmosphere, you might fit it right.
