No financial growth, no proper job security. I had no increment of salary for 6 yrs, was treated badly by superior with constant threats of being thrown out of the job.

Availability of resources is good so we can manage patient better , I kearned a lot in my one year at NH MMI RAIPUR

Salary can be improved.. work life balance is not good ..but I don't know if I should blame the NH or it's just medical profession

The clinical facilities and work culture and coordination among doctors are really good.Management stuffs are cordial.. HR department is very much cooperative and professional in every aspects...

The salary structure and the appraisal are not up-to the mark or satisfactory as per your credentials,experiences and as compared to the rest of the healthcare organizations....The facility directors and senior administrative people should not be a non-medical person who doesn't understand about the patient quality care and medical ethics.....
