The clinical facilities and work culture and coordination among doctors are really good.Management stuffs are cordial.. HR department is very much cooperative and professional in every aspects...

The salary structure and the appraisal are not up-to the mark or satisfactory as per your credentials,experiences and as compared to the rest of the healthcare organizations....The facility directors and senior administrative people should not be a non-medical person who doesn't understand about the patient quality care and medical ethics.....

Excellent hospital and who all are need to learn everything means must go this hospital....

When I join that time salary was they not increased . Why I said like this means especially during Covid pandemic time we faced more consequences...

The work pressure high all department complaints that hearing by nsg staff like food and beverage that come under the dietician but hearing by nsg staff complication mor related Housekeeping

1.According experience hear there is no good salary, for 1 year experience staff getting same salary &4yearsbexperience staff getting same salary. 2.staff nurse manpower is less. 3.narayana hostel facility is not good for staff nurse & the food is very very bad.
