Narayana School is a Great institution for learning and skills development but in terms of salary, appraisal and other benefits i will give rating as 5 out of 10. In terms Management in Kolkata it's good but in branch level management varries. There is no overtime and bonus for non-teaching employees. Working hours are fixed for all staff but in branch level it's not at all followed in West Bengal. Even school timings also vary branch to branch. After lot of work also there is no recognition for well skilled Accountants.

Comparing to other Big Schools in West Bengal Narayana Accountants are getting very low salary. There is no overtime and bonus for any staff, Comp-off is not there, Very low salary appraisal in terms of in-hand salary. ESI and PF both employee and employer share deducted from employee salary which make in-hand salary very low. There is no standard rules and regulations for all branches in West Bengal. Rules varry branch to branch and modified according to Head of institution or empowered person who is closed to higher authority. Uproffesional behaviour with non teaching staff.

...ce. No employee benefits. PF & ESI deducted but the same is not being deposited. They will trap you while discussing the salary, so always confirm the In Hand Salary or else they will put your desired salary as CTC and your In hand Salary would become less.

NOTHING It's a company of family members and they don't even know how to run the business.

Everything- any time they out your salary on hold and they always support Telugu people even if they have no skills.

There is nothing secure here either work culture , job security, salary on time , no promotion. one thing is perfect here that is caller buttering and polishing of higher authority to secure their job only and nothing else. Horrible and toxic work culutre. I felt burn out here. In future i suggest do not join narayana.

No job security, employees change as per head mind. If they comfortable with staff then u are safe otherwise you are fired without any reason. This is happening specially in Nagpur Branch. No appreciation. No Support
