Hostel and mess facility is provided to teachers. Students at the institute are exceptionally talented. Transport services are also available.

Dislikes

Employment contract is not provided. Promotion is given without compensation. Not an equal opportunity employer as they discriminate on the basis of gender/gender identity. Management is poor and minimal facilities are provided to teach. Some of the teachers regularly harass students.

Likes

Narayana is the one of the best school where we can develop our knowledge and subject. The school environment and the co faculty is very supportive. Inorder to develop our knowledge we can prefer Narayana

Dislikes

The only thing which I dislike in narayana is low salaries. The work will be more but the payment is not up to the mark and one more thing which we don't like is asking new reservations from January to may management will ask to do new reservations we can't tolerate that pressure from management....

No job security. No learning. Very relaxed.

... kicked out any day. High level dirty politics. No growth. Bad student quality.. The Only good thing is that we get paid on time.

During lockdown they said simply no work no pay. Management is not supportive. Some teammates play politics.

No job security for faculty. We don't know when they will remove us for silly reasons. They will take feed back from students every month but they don't take faculty feed back. No job training for new joiners.

Good curriculum , lesson plan, good atmosphere for study, Sports and Music now a days wonderful.

Dislikes

Neglecting Bengali subject. Being a senior teacher getting very less salary where's new comers getting high salary. In Salary system very much discrimination, some getting very high and some getting very low. It should be equal. Very frequently changing Principles.
