No proper training, won’t get salary on time, don’t have career growth, lots of politics, 0% job security and don’t have respect those who works in marketing and they can fire you at anytime without any reason of you are doing good performer also

... Leaves and leniency also depends on how well your performance is in the school. Salary side will always be little low comparatively to different schools, but its good . Working environment in some branches of Narayana is extremely smooth and good while in some branches its very strict. If you taking high school PCMB any of these subjects for 10th class only alternate sundays you have to come to school for teaching and taking exams of students. ( 9:30 to 12:30 ) Regular timing is 8:20 am to 4:30 pm ( monday to Saturday) Only second Saturday- till 3 pm Hope the information helped
