Work environment is almost good but still a huge doubt on transparency . Morning tea and games were good . Rigid company policy and limited holidays. Good place to enhance your skill , concept . Workshops for teachers improvement was the best part were new methodology were exchanged . Strategy to understand how the teachers are progressing with branch comparison teacher wise so you realise your + & - parts of your methods.

Dislikes

...was very much visible and hardly the issues were addressed on time or even not . Good salary as a fresher but career growth as per senior teachers recommendation and finally upto management. It was easy for senior teachers to skip weekly test or even the worst was copy ( Not all but few Senior Teacher ) but mandatory for Associate Teacher. Meeting use to go quite lengthy after school end's. They give a good preference to people from South India ( based on observation )

Good place for Fresher if you really wanted to learn From your job. colleagues are extremely helpful & co-operative . If you teach well students will never skip your classes.

Dislikes

...:30 to 2:30 7/8 periods . then how that person will leave as early as possible!! *No bonus *New Joiniee will get higher post. but they will not upgrade your positions.. *Branded School means you will get world class facilities dont dare to think .. *Chairman is looking for only money.. They are not at all bothered about quality development of teachers & students.

Collegues are very supportive along with Barasat branch principal.

Dislikes

They don't maintain a proper salary scale for all teachers. Saturday is a full working day. Only 10-15 days holidays in summer vacation. Sometimes meetings are held on Sundays.

There's lot to learn in Narayana.It is one of the famous and biggest school in India and also its totally focusing on activity based learning which is more interesting for me

Both ends PF deduction is from employees salary only being such big organization they are not contributing in employees Pf..

I was working with Dombivli branch, worst school to work. They'll deduct your one day or half days salary without any reason and if you'll ask why they have done so then the only answer you'll get is " Hume nahi pata centre se hua hai" this has been done with me twice or thrice in a year.. They have not deposited my 2 months PF which they have deducted from my salary, and when I'm asking for the same again I'm getting the same answer " Centre se puchhna padega Hume nhi pata" and their PF department is also talking very rudely they're not reverting to mails.. It was the worst experience to work with Narayana school,
