New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...make ladies employee to sit up to night 9pm punishment for not reaching target.i saw people working without getting their past two month salary.management and academic people cold war affects the whole system very badly.no one I met there were not happy with their working environment.management not ready to keep the words or agreement done before admission,if any parent making issue,they simply ignoring.not giving reimbursement and incentives properly.

BEWARE!! OF THIS FAKE ORGANIZATION, poor senior management, Mr. Shrivastava (senior employee), organization does not provide salary on time, no local conveyance, no offer letter, salary could be on hold anytime without any reason, when u ask for ur money, then they tell to resign. Full of politics. Senior management doesn't know how to work. Iff you are ready to destroy your career then plz join dis organization. SENIOR MANAGEMENT SPOILED MY CAREER. KARMA IS HERE

Narayana coaching centre - Tamilnadu. Good working place with good opportunities for self improvement and skill development. Manager is not very strict and everything is liberal. Lot of time provided for preparation of class. Obedient students with good knowledge.
