Many things those do i likes are: There was an efficient duty hours, Eight hours including lunch break. Gets an O.T if you're working after over the shift schedule. That company has vintage collection in the products which more attractive, they have good ambiance( Unique music collection, apparel collection merchandising diaplay art) lighting art.

Dislikes

...fer the salary into their employee's account just get the cheque in 30 days job. If you're a sick person and gone for a few days off and salary date has come then you have to wait until you get well. Then receive your cheque and wait for the clearance, which seems bad when you couldn't get your hard earned money at your hard time.

Brand name only from outside. Office furniture is good. 15-30% employees discount.

Dislikes

No HR available, no salary structure, salary deductions as per mood. Management themselves don’t come on time and deduct salaries of others for late coming. Unethical environment. Decision making power limited to 1-2 people.
