There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Apart from salary there are virtually no other employee schemes or benefits. 1) No employee get-together or anything 2) No company subsidized transport and Canteen . 3) No company sponsored extra curricular activities

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Napino not a battrer platform for working because that is think all employees are leaber .

Compensation is not a decent, and also growth is slow.and tha working pressure is very high.so many time I haveto work 16 hours straight aday.I think it's not a good company for our future growth. This company managing staff are not to sports for a good works.
