Terrible all staff, they called staff for work from outside goa, and then they started Harrasment include senior and junior staff and junior staff threatened to you if u give some instructions to staff they will go direct to the operation manager and complaint about you

Dislikes

Every local staff have access to meet MD their. And they reply to you they will get manager easly for work but not the junior staff

Hotel rules and regulations. Policy and procedures, hotel sop's. holidays as per government rules. Duty hours, meals, transportation and accommodation.
