There are many positives working at Nanostuffs - good owners, good company policies, supportive environment, opportunities for learning new skills on the job, good salary for deserving candidates, acknowledgement & appreciation by owners/clients etc. They have many clients, and many new opportunities are continually being developed across different business sectors & tech stacks. Nanostuffs is known to be a good company to work for, and I am grateful & happy to be employed with them.

Just like everywhere else, here too there are a few bad apples who exploit the benefits of the company and make life difficult for others.

Likes

Clean, safe and secure work environment to work. Best place for fresher and timely and resonable hike for experienced. Supportive Mgnt and founders.

Dislikes

Nothing major dislikes. No social activities take care from mgnt like team bonding, get2gether, small outings, or inter organizational communication. A mix of all small corporate pressure. Need to switch or change in job profile as per requirement.(can be a opportunity if taken +vely)

Owners are very supportive Manager are also supportive and cooperative, mainly I have worked with Sanket Bhansali, he is really supporting and cooperative. Seniors and colleague are really helpful and supportive. Overall nice experience with company, I resigned because of some personal reasons but if in future will get back to IT industry I will definitely try to back with same company.

Dislikes

As such no dislike but need to arrange more fun games, Get together, vocational trip because one can stuck and feel hectic in busy schedule of working.

Likes

1. Supporting higher management. If you don't want to work on this stuff they will guide you, and give you time to try but at last, they will consider you. 2. Good internal hike compared to top MNC'c. I got more than 50%.

Dislikes

1. Sometimes it will take time to get allocate to the client projects.
