Just few and very limited colleagues is honest most of them are corrupt.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. The major part salary is gonna be same as before maybe if you are a boot licker and you can do your seniors house chores than maybe you can get little hike and there is no growth. You will be able to do all of the work but you won’t get any promotion. And incase you become sick there is no medical facility and they gonna terminate you in that kinda situation you can not expect any help from your company. If you expect that is your fault.

Your efforts will be recognized & rewarded by mgmt. Every one was helpful in my case. Overall learnt a lot under good leaders which is for sure helping in my new company.In fact, exposure which I got here is still paying me. Thanks to all mgmt.

I worked with NWS for more than 3 yrs. I learnt many things, specially Good knowledge of Advanced Excel.

I don't like their salary policy. I was getting salary at the end of the month. In starting I struggled a lot, but then I learnt to manage myself with the situations.

The company name is very popular. then the desided join that company.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work load is very heavy .There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide step by step.that time is very painful.
