...pany policies was very good. There was a lot of gaming arrangement for chilling. Company provided us good bonus every year.

Career growth is slow. Team leaders was not good, they did partiality. They did not support to us.

This company, make us to learn for 3to 6months after that dey will give toucher and make them to leave, and earn again new employee, and this company always support Kerala people, because company also same state, if any one ask salary high for there performance they will be thrown out of the company, if Kerala people asks they will give more benefits and all, this company is totally for Kerala people, I worked there 6years as same post and no high in salary And no promotion and all, no use so I felt the company.

I dislike this company, why because giving more benefits to Kerala people, for others no use (others are like robots) to them.

Managers are incapable of managing particular Dept's.. especially accounts..no proper training..training is given by our immediate seniors..depends on when they are..working environment for girls is really bad
