There is a lot of polics and the management doesn't address our issues Salary is decent but Career growth is slow There is a band of 2 years before which you cannot resign On the job training is not given to new joinees

- Poorest thing about the org is there is no job security - No work life balance as u have to involve in work even after taking leave - Culture is offensive all the time and if u belong to a well settled family/background then, u can't work here. - Literally zero at skills development.

Poor salary Fake commitments to channel partners and employees. You might spoiled your market image because of company decisions. They don't understand the market scenario, expense and insensitive is just in your dreams.

As I am a part of procurement team so I am handling the procurement technical capex, import buying under visionary leader(AVP Project & Procurement).presently team is very good I have done a project for which awarded "best s Green project of the year."

There is demerit less pay scale in Kanpur office . Insurance policy also bad as per current time.
