Dislikes

Absolutely the work culture is terrible with micro managing and high levels of stress. The management is certainly not worried about the mental state of the employee.

Its an upcoming project with potential and provided good exposure to pre opening works

Dislikes

Highly unprofessional management, Ill treatment of employees and bullying . You will be hired as a Doctor but they will expect you to do the works of a sales executive , Guest relationship executive, site supervisor for construction works etc at a very low pay
