There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary not decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. On an average daily manager doesn't have work sense childesh behavior. Would issue an warning letter or verbal warning at least 5-6 times a day and they pressure you to leave the position because of Covid-19. What a wonderful experience. Waring don't enter into this frim.

They have sales environment, which is good actually for a Sales executive. Engineering dept, really they don't need. So much politics, you can't ignore. It will happen from different different states. They won't believe on you because you will be newest, and they will believe to them who have been looting since beginning. Hence hitting your head will destroy your career. Actually these are the best things Nalli have

Nalli silks Chennai was one of the good places to work to. But the politics and the mishandling of the roles is ridiculous. I am not going to forget to mention that there is an echo which will make more noise than the voice itself. The head is afraid of responsibility but will readily be blaming employees even after following instructions. Heights of double standards.

Other people who come to Nalli Chennai office, please beware of the politics there. No point in trying to work hard for the company, this place runs on politics and nothing else. Poor management in terms of employee reporting, brand handling or even taking a decision on photoshoots. They would expect you to put your money in and work hard and better the company but they would just blame you even if you do good. Worst management right now.

you will not get the brief, you have to churn out your own brief, they will ask you to take different role responsibilities also because they won’t hire. it is a workplace burnout because they will ask you to work on weekends even on holidays. there is no team as such, only 1 graphic designer and all the workload will come on your head.
