Full of politics. Worst Organization ever I have seen. Founder and management doesn't know how to treat an employee, they treating them like a slave. Better opening a bakery rather than working here. If you guys know how to treat a person to the worst without humanity, you can work here. Management insult employee infront of others to the extreme. And they will fire an employee if he work hard for the company. If you stand against management you'll get fired. If you ask for appraisal, you are fired. If you take your sick leave and casual leave, you are fired. Anyway everyone is gonna get fired, except their relatives.

One drawback is that the company is located far away from the city, and there are limited amenities nearby.
