1. They pay if you do exceptionally well. 2. Only old experienced managers/leads are good, eg. more than 7 years atleast. Rest new ones are sales driven and expecting unrealistic goals of 2025. 3. Women manager and some experienced leads give leaves easily. But new sales driven onces dont and indirectly scould.

Dislikes

1. New sales driven managers/lead/director sitting at desk job are micro-managing. 2. Work life balance is no more there. 3. Wrong goals set, asking for unrealistic goals. 4. New people/lead/director are formal and too rude to understand. A lot of rumours around. 5. No more safe, as they do ask to strech more than 14 hours now in 2025.

It's environment, it's is encouraging. Surrounding people are helpful and more professional. Everyone has the friendly nature.

Workload is bit much and need to hire more employees & could do better about the salary and increment point. I mean giving bit higher salary & also more chance for career growth.

Everything about this company is great except pay scale. A very good company to start your career.

Compensation and benefits are very low as compared to competitors. Not good for the long run due to low compensation.

...he same position..I got 50k hike in my package in a time span of almost 3 years. They cut bonus from your salary and name it as country bonus I mean who does that...and then they will give you your money by cutting down the amount by some percentage (22%, this year) and then they will say this is your bonus..srsly that's a part of your salary only. .I am not going to recommend this company to anyone specially SAC department.. trust me everyone is frustrated here...ecolab doesn't pay well to us...this company was far better when it was Nalco...after it's merger with ecolab, working in this company is a total waste of time nd experience...the work they are doing is unique which restricts your career growth...I can't switch in any other company with this experience..
