The company is a family business. And when we bring in candidates for a particular position they reject them because they have a family business as the hiring manager believe that they will come to Nalashaa, learn their business and leave (as if Nalashaa has a lot of business 😂) Politics is what prevail there. I'd say school is better than this. You can't talk or discuss anything with your colleagues. There are our own managers standing and overhearing our personal conversations and using them against us. The words they use are too much. And when taken to the HR it's worse.... We have tohear on why did we take this to HR. We did it because we were sure our manager won't hear us. I think they should have a better head for the talent team. And when they ask what are our concerns and we elaborate they say "do you realize how many people have you already thrown under the bus in this conversation". Job security is worse. They will terminate you when they want as they wish. While others who favor the authorities can avail leave for months without any offers gone. You can also exchange offers if you are on the good books of manager. Those good book people can come to office and discuss anything. But we can't Worst decision of my life. But got the best lesson for life .

Helpful Team members. Learning opportunities are good. Salary and compensation is good.

No work-life balance. Working hours can extend beyond 8 pm as well in general shift. Client Demomeetings everyday.

No transparency on project side. Mostly my project is in healthcare domain but not getting much more exposure or gaining knowledge in healthcare side. Sometimes feeling regret of joining this organisation. No growth professionally and financially. No proper infrastructure

A company that tries its best to keep their employees moral very high, high standards of work and results, a very forgiving yet competitive environment which one can easily grow in given they have a good control in their deliverables

Dislikes

The management is close knit, company is family run, same thought process runs down to upper management, a little too much weightage is given to years spent in the company than impact of work in certain cases
