New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Its a very terrible experience to work over here working hours are too long none any job satisfaction along with working culture is nice but in terms of a management and staff coordination is absent here completely . Staffs are treating here like a labour not more than that none any rule of CBSE apply here in the favor of Teacher like Notice Period , CL and all .

Working hours are too long since morning till evening .
