The environment here is pressure free, teachers do not feel kind of work pressure on them. You can not be replaced as long as you be in their good books. So far as management is concerned, it's well maintaining the overall functioning of the school. The policies are so-so.

Dislikes

The first and foremost thing is what is generally found in almost every private organisation, Politics. Teachers must understand that they are discharging a sacred duty of imparting knowledge and everyone has their own way and technique of doing it. No one is greater than the other, rather we are all alike doing what we are good at. Teachers start feeling insecure when they find that a co-teacher is doing his job in a far better way than they do and this is where they start feeling jealous of him and begin to plot against him instead of paying attention to their own improvement and ultimately the one who is doing his job perfectly well is thrown out of the organization because of the ignorance of the authorities and their blind faith in those strategic teachers. This I think must be rectified.

This company was excellent working abeginning of the years but now many educational institutions with in compitition so like do something special working.

Dislikes

The company must be trying for improvement in language status of near rulers area students but don't implemented properly in your company.
