improper guidance and mental harassments from plant head .There was out of scope activates, they bypass system and process and blaming on quality person lot of activates compare to salary, non technical & egoist plant head .Hr. polices very bad .management only interested in money not in issue of staff .They hold bonus ,salary and documentation if leaving ,no preference of work and not proper management of work .very bad experience

Strict timing (salary will cut even if 5 min late) No cellphone allowed (what's the point of living) No Bonus on CTC but on basic pay (Your year of hard work..Think again) And of course HR (I have doubt if he truly is or am I just talking to deaf person)

....you take a bonus first because after resignation they don't give you anything and check your offer salary. they promise one and salary comes one .check you on a contract or company payroll first May you're salary fluctuate because if they need money they may deduct. working hour is 10to 12 managers are not well manners, and they sit only. took all credit.

...staff is good, working environment is also nice, people are co operative except some, work life is balance, salary is less than expected

HR policy not defined yet, salary is less than expected, other facilities like canteen, is not there , training and trip , functions party this kind of activity rarely happend

I strongly not recommended If manager name is Sunil surywanshi. Very dislike and unprofessional organisation. This one is family business. No HR policies. After serving notice period they don't provide any release letter and settlements documents. Don't go for interview it's totally waste of time and money. Very unprofessional behaviour of employees and employer. No job securities. They fired you any time. And design manager always gives you threats of fire job discontinue. Mobile not allowed. No bus canteen facility available. No flexible time. Very hectic, unprofessional, dominating environment. Design manager शेत मजूर सारखा मॅनेजर आहे.
