...rs. system is quiet different compare to remaining cement industries in saudi .system has to be implement, but i have no luck to continue my service with less salary,because of irregular system, i come out with end of contract. I THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO THE MANAGEMENT.

Freedom to work and take decisions. Cooperative Management. One of the best colony. Job security. I had not heard about Company removing or restigating any Employee.

Appraisal system. There is no high or low. Everyone gets an average 3 to 5 %. Plant is very old. Manpower shortage. We have to work with less manpower.
