As a staff nurse in najath i like to working here , because here I build the foundation of my career, and i get a very supportive colleagues. And i like the working hours it is very apt for me.

Dislikes

First of all the sad thing i feel on najath is, that najath focusing only the patient side , noone not bothering about us . However najath only concentrate on patients satisfaction. Nowadays its ok we have only less IP, But many times we go through work under pressure .
