There is system of late marks here. For first 6 months every holiday is a loss of pay. Saturday holiday deducts your Sunday pay too.

...owner engages in detrimental office politics. **Co. don't provide any documents. they states that they will provide salary hike, Saturdays off and many more after probation but later they say that we don't have such policy along with that they wont provide confirmations to an employee they use person for 6 months.**-
