I wish I could say anything I liked but apart from salary package nothing is likeable here

Toxic work environment, poor management, poor work culture, favouritism, office politics, not growth, no hike, bonus but with terms & condition for not leaving job till 1 year. 2 months notics period and treated very much disrespectfully.

No culture, No other Befits only Salary and Promotion not based on your performance it based on internal politics

Not a good management system they have. They behave like new child born. They decide what they want and needed in the next day.

The culture is really bad it's not a good place been here and have always faced the issue of having people with open mind. It is like a pre-school where you have to do what the teacher says, No suggestions are considered, No authority of taking a decision just do as they say. It was a pathetic year in the company.

Nailbiter provides remote work. There is no internal politics. Do your work and call it a day. If you are that kind of person then you will have your mental peace

1. They only use Powerpoint and Googlesheet 2. No room for creativity 3. Work can get really boring

This organisation needs much improvement when it comes to providing training to new resources, using out dated software. You have to be available on weekends to track things for which obviously you don’t get paid for. Management needs improvement in terms of decision making rather then talking about consequences. You ve to be lone player to get settled and if anything went wrong they will count it, even it’s your first time in the process
