There are certain inappropriate acts by the management, in this hard times they demanded my forceful resignation without any compensation and my loyalty credits and bonuses are not given yet.

I have overall 3 years experience in Nahar engineering India pvt ltd, Company culture is very good , for growing my skills in this organisation, and I have good experience and knowledge given by senior this organisation about internet and external audit, Customer handling.

Job security very bad and consumables item nor provide timely like press machines oil,draw oil, Die clamping nut bolt, spelers,Tool maintenance not done properly,tool spars not provide, machine spare not provide.working time more than 13 hrs, convince and food charge total paid by employee company not paid any thing.
