The Management is do down to earth and is accessible for professional as well as personal fronts. Humanity for all is the biggest USP of this organization. From bottom to top every one is taken care of. I am being given various responsibilities in the form of HOD and Skill Development Cell Coordinator.

Trend of Compensation is a bit complex over here. The criteria for upscale financial growth is slow. Lack of appreciation is another issue which should be done at administrative level. Some processes are time consuming which could be improvised upon. Opportunities to explore and attend trainings is at a slow pace.
