The work culture and work life balance is really good. They provide there internal.platform to learn about new technogy, or business also they have lot of internal session to learn about conpany business, learn about consulting and lot more to add here. The environment is quite chill and you gonna love once you join nagarro. All the best.

Dislikes

I would say 2 points: 1) Nagarro should start giving compensation hike once employee gets promoted. As employee take extra responsibility after every promotion and its a big moment for any employee. Similar to other companies start giving some percentage of hike during promotion as well. 2) Plan to keep annual hike cycle same for all. this way it will be easy for company to make any decision and it will not be a biased towards anyone.

Long working hours, no increase in compensation upon promotion,

On time salary. Motivation to learning. Work from home or hybrid work culture.

Dislikes

Too many variables in salary structure. Very low appraisal after postponing it for 6 months. HRs are not supportive. Some project leads/ teams are partial and too much internal politics. No job security as silent layoffs are happening for over more than a year.

Nagarro is great in terms of salary and learning compared to other MNC companies

Dislikes

In some projects, WLB hurts but there are many great projects. Job security is not that great if there are no projects for your technology they can fire you in 2-3 months for higher salaried employees.

- Mostly client oriented - Annual salary hike is like any product based company

Dislikes

- Work life balance depends on the client's side, Nagarro has nothing to do with it. - During appraisal time you would realise that you are working for Nagarro and not for Client's company
