Nagarro has always been employee centeric organization, during the Covid crisis also the culture remain intact. Emloyes are allowed to Work from home from very first day. Special Corona management team is formed to support employee infected with virus. Job safety remains as company growing continuously.

Dislikes

Nagarro did the salary deduction during the covid time for 6 month for all empoyees, it was good decision as it helps the organization to retain the employee on bench. But the deduction doesn't seems to be completely compensated during the appraisal.

Dislikes

No opportunity to grow. If you are technical person you will not find much opportunities. Higher management are clueless, and do not have skills to negotiate with clients. I have seen people with technical designations are doing PMOs or pre-sales work. Health and Life insurance are low , they should have given higher security in those terms Leaves are very less.

Likes

Company is about the leaders and managers. If you get good team and the manager, company is good else we know what to do...

Dislikes

...iple rounds and course learnings to get promoted but it will be the dry one i.e. no hike on promotion. 2. No good hikes even on appraisal cycle after promotion. 3. Yearly appraisal percentage is lowered down than what was there 3 years ago.

...ery good working culture and you can really balance your personal and work life. The salary and benefits are also commendable.

Dislikes

The projects could be a problem sometime along with upper management.

On time salary. Motivation to learning. Work from home or hybrid work culture.

Dislikes

Too many variables in salary structure. Very low appraisal after postponing it for 6 months. HRs are not supportive. Some project leads/ teams are partial and too much internal politics. No job security as silent layoffs are happening for over more than a year.
