Well for my case it is a terrible organization to work with.

The HR promised an offer letter with revised salary structure 3 days before joining and that day she denied that an offer that I accepted with 3 months notice . Such a shame I wish the HR also face same in her life and find it hard to meet her daily need . Such a shameful person they are indeed and Nagarro is giving them employments . Shame on you for playing with carriers of Engineers and shame on Nagarro for promoting such cultures in an organisation.

Dislikes

No opportunity to grow. If you are technical person you will not find much opportunities. Higher management are clueless, and do not have skills to negotiate with clients. I have seen people with technical designations are doing PMOs or pre-sales work. Health and Life insurance are low , they should have given higher security in those terms Leaves are very less.

Company is about the leaders and managers. If you get good team and the manager, company is good else we know what to do...

Dislikes

...iple rounds and course learnings to get promoted but it will be the dry one i.e. no hike on promotion. 2. No good hikes even on appraisal cycle after promotion. 3. Yearly appraisal percentage is lowered down than what was there 3 years ago.

...ery good working culture and you can really balance your personal and work life. The salary and benefits are also commendable.

The projects could be a problem sometime along with upper management.

Recently I have observed one issue related to salary increments which is around 4-6% of the CTC. Whereas the current inflation of country is around 7%.
