Middle Management Beurocratic mindset No process outlay and very lament approach when execution required. Few are working very hard and others are like parasites feeding upon their work. Process differs as per the convenience of Middle management.

Likes

The work-life balance is good in here. Also, the appraisal is merit based that is if your work and applied knowledge is good, then it is appreciated. Full job security once you acquired unique skillset which only few folks have.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. Work pressure is sometimes high. Less time given to on-job training for freshers, hence have to explain them everything step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Better salary and compensation, nothing else is positive related to work here.

Dislikes

Projects are really awful here and most of them are running legacy codes. The timelines given for tasks are mostly unrealistic and you will feel work pressure every single day. I personally think when will Weekend come right from Monday itself. You see there is no kind of work motivation you get here. All you are is just money making machine for the company and nothing else. People in my team works even till 1:30 am in the night starting from 8am in the morning. Horrible place to work at and really work-life balance is disturbed a lot.

I am working for Nagarro since 2019 and my overall experience is quite good. I enjoy working here along with my teammates. Our CEO is very cool and I can feel a personal touch with him whenever he writes us. I feel my job is secure here. The company is very cool and open to all kinds of innovations and developments within the departments.

Dislikes

Less on-site opportunity and compensation structure can also be improved.

...k pressure as they commit to client more than they can do, to get the project. Some of HR polices need to improve like weekend working and all, also no other benefits than salary .(In WFH no Wi-fi , no furniture benefits)
