Nagarro is great in terms of salary and learning compared to other MNC companies

Dislikes

In some projects, WLB hurts but there are many great projects. Job security is not that great if there are no projects for your technology they can fire you in 2-3 months for higher salaried employees.

- Mostly client oriented - Annual salary hike is like any product based company

Dislikes

- Work life balance depends on the client's side, Nagarro has nothing to do with it. - During appraisal time you would realise that you are working for Nagarro and not for Client's company

...s a great place to work. At Nagarro, the work culture is very employee-friendly. They are offering a superior compensation to their employees as compared to other companies. Also, there are fun-events organized by the People Team every week. There are lots of projects in different technologies which offers sufficient hands-on experience and career growth. Employees are encouraged for learning by providing internal courses on different technologies.

Dislikes

The only thing that I felt could be improved is the employee feedback mechanism. I am working with Nagarro for 1 year, but I haven't received frequent feedbacks regarding my achievements, the areas of improvement.

Likes

Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

Working on same tech stack Does not offer good salary in the industry Appraisal are not good

- No career growth - Lack of good projects - HR not approchable(Although they say they are but it's quite the opposite) - Very poor health insurance benefits - Perks are poor - No reimbursement for work from home setup
