In the covid times when multiple accounts ramped down, the management decided a small % of salary cut (that too based on designations) to ensure we retain everyone in challenging times. Despite of moving from a mid cap to large cap company, Nagarro still provides expedited growth to good resources. Overall good company to be a part of.

this is not exception for Nagarro but the company needs to tale care of the older employees the same way they are brining fresh talent from the market. The salary bands have exploded in the last 2 years with existing folks falling at the bottom or middle of them.
