Delivery Person is one of the worst part in my story, my delivery manager is ( sayd aftab ) the perfect example of dictator. Everything Need to Approved by your DM. even after working in rotational shift, on festivals on every Sat or Sunday he will never apricate you. and they forgot to appricate their employees and worst part every HR come to you and Just explain this Need to Approve by DM and this is our policy. Don't Join get a new offer from somewhere else.

Culture is awesome. Everyone is helpful, you can easily find people with common interests and can ask for help. You can find pool of talented people out here. Company always encourage to become a person who knows more than just coding. There are projects who are using cutting edge technologies.

Not happy with the salary even when I delivered a great amount of work. But its just a personal issue, there are people who get good packages.

...y it was good but not any more. Laying off multiple candidate with lame excuses. Low salary for entry level employee.

It's a company being run by husband wife and their relatives. Lot of cheating in salary. They deduct monthly tax but do not give to govt. In form 16, this is caught and at last employee had to pay double tax.

There are many platforms for continuous learning, depending on your career track and interest. The best part is distance is made irrelevant among people with working from anywhere policy and this policy is going to stay.
