i think this company to provide employee salary on given time and this company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i was a part of a team.

this company really dependent on employee and good team work to every each other so i think this company to provide non technical job the work pressure is very high sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

... of placement are never fulfilled. Employees haven't got salaries from 3 months. There is no growth career wise or salary wise. No one should join.

There is a lot of politics and the management is issues for Salary net salary timely provided but other allowence are they are not provided timely

Every thing was good but salary is poor for graduate technical engineers..it engineering student. So left the job after one year.

... 2010. I have worked for 25 yes in the company. The working atmosphere was good. I got reasonable salary, periodical training/upgradations during my service. I do not have idea about the current situation.

I don't have any dislike towards nfcl. I have enjoyed my work during my entire service.
