...and increments are not good .The worst thing for freshers is bond with 5 years .This bond spoils so many people life oventhough they are not providing good salary we have to pay overall CTC to break bond .

The management is too bad and the were no salary increments from the past 12 years

Lot of cheap politics, no guarantee of salary , will outsource u with meagre pay, company financial position so bad that they are unable to pay even to canteen contractor, guesthouse current bill they cant pay(so no power in guesthouse), Locals dominate, casteism, OT amount is meagre, control room has bad AC control, u hv to sit in broken chairs, food cooked with overused oil, lot of sound pollution, dispensary is not good, ammonia leaks, equipment bad condition which may lead to accidents.......the list is endless

No promotions, biased mgt, bad canteen, lot of responsibility, humid climate, mosqüitoes, meagre pay, minimum manpower, gas price 10 dollars so no profits,banks running the plant, frequent shutdowns

i think this company to provide employee salary on given time and this company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i was a part of a team.

this company really dependent on employee and good team work to every each other so i think this company to provide non technical job the work pressure is very high sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

The MD of the company is not giving salaries to the company employees of Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, Not giving Bonus, Not giving PF and Superannuation amount if the employee is retiring and or leaving the company. And the HR Head is the dummy candidate he is useless

...R head who is in the hands of management and he does fit the profile he is in, Salary pending for 3 months Previous financial year Bonus is not given yet. PF and Superannuation amount deducted are not paid to the employees MD if the company loots the NFCL Company Money and invests in worthless R&D department headed by another useless, arrogant person. No Government takes action against these corporate criminals.
