Being Nagarjuna Cements Limited, A great place to work certified company it follows constructive policies for its employees for overall development in their carrers, identify backlogs in individuals and support in overcoming them. People will feel comfortable like in a place working with their own family members. Management will never put its foot step backward in developing it's employee talents. One such employee talent improvement programme is HIPO which is adopted by our management. On a whole it is a great place to work.

Coming to job rotation practices, it is a rare subject in our company. Salaries are normal

Salary increment are are very low , there is a lot of Politics, No career Growth , 2 months notice period is not good, Management not considered to Experience Employees ,main thing is Salary's Are very very Bad

FREEDOM is what you get at NCL, You Can do anything you want to experiment..., timings are flexible but it's just like 24/7 duty.

Work Culture is Poor,they don't value your degree, designation etc you should be available there for 24/7 if required.No effective Skill development plans.

Job is secured. Freedom given to take decisions for improvement.excellent support given during lock down. Care was taken for employees and their families. Company is committed to give only quality product under any cost and there is no compromise.training opportunities are nice.
