There is no fixed policy and over politics and they believe and give more salary whoever not working in the company. They give less salary for good working people. Also they are not keeping good people in their company.

Some managers are thinking they are owner of the naga especially chandru pandian, He is a only one acting employee in the whole company. And how dirty minded he is means always thinking about the girl who is working in his team. and always talking about her. He alwasy used to say her name for everything

Management are very poor.. some of the employers are thinking that they are owner for the company. Work environment peoples Words are very poor. You can learn but can't grow in the Naga.
