Its hard to tell in number or one by one but I will write few here.. - Secure Job, Any time can reach to BOSS with concern, all employee are supportive and friendly, Management never fire anyone, all employees knows what and how to complete their work according to company standard and requirement, work timing is excellent, Management give good gap to all employee between completed and upcoming projects to come with proper energy and fresh mind and fill free while working and close all personal things before start new... And many many many things ...

Job security at work place. All are equal in front of boss, let it be VP (Vice president ) or a store person. Alla re equal. No race, religious discrimination. Md sir down to earth person

The Management take care about its employees well. The work culture is great over here, as the company has got Great Place To Work Certificate. At the most difficult time i.e during COVID lock down the company has paid full salaries to all its employees. When it come to work their is a great co-ordination between the departments to get the things done.

There is nothing to be disliked about the company. I am very happy to work in this company.

Nag Interiors Pvt Ltd Is a company where everything problem has a solution, so there is nothing which I can say I dislike.

Good Management. Friendly work environment. Job security given to all level of employees.

Dislikes

Management is good but I feel at times management should interfare and resolve the conflicts between the employees rather being a spectator. Though these conflicts are very rare in the Company.
