Work culture if very good, they understand employees needs and they motivate the employees so that they can groom themselves and bring best out of them.

To be very honest, i have worked in many organisations in my career span, the best thing about Naehas specially its child entity Zenarate is , there is nothing which you will dislike ( considering it is a mid-level company )

Work culture and managemwnt is amazing. It's an enployee-driven company where its people are the utmost priority. There is a wide range of technologies to learn from. Vision of the organization is clear and everyone makes striving efforts to make it happen. Amazing work-life balance.

Dislikes

Resource/employee crunch which management is unable to fulfill. Great roadmap has been visualized but less engineers to work creates a bit delay.
