Good work environment and culture. Company policies good, appraisals are fair and they give good increments and Performance bonus and yearly bonus every year. They conduct yearly celebration of Republic Day and Independence Day. Specially conduct Founder's Day Celebration(In this day identify the 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 years employees and given completion awards).
