They want only production targets. Machine maintenance is very poor. Shop floor condition also not good. And toxic environment. Politics is too much. No body happy because of Manager behaviour

Top Management is not aligned Factory head won't allow you to work with freedom he talks to operator directly and humiliates manager on shop floor Factory head wants everything perfect but do not have road map how to achieve perfection Unnecessary emails and no solution for any kind of problem No SAP or Latest ERP system Data transfer is via excel sheets No Roadmap for employees skill development For GET organisations like this would be the last option

I never like politics in management because Everytime the impact of politics comes in negative. Very difficult to eliminate that part from Nachi Management.

Nothing I liked about Nachi, worest company I have ever seen Poltics and politicians required to do the job. Uneducated persons are in Management and Japanese are fool who follows him blindly.

Uneducated persons in Management and Japanese are fool who behaved like anything and follows the uneducated management blindly. Back to back lots of hod left the job due to this worst environment.
