NABCONS is very good place where any employee ( fresher or experienced) learn a lot. It's consultancy company which deals in Skill development, food processing, agriculture, watershed etc. Sectors. The major work is provide services to different ministries. And also Monitoring and evaluation of different kind of work on the behalf of Ministries, State govt. Etc. NABCONS is wholly owned subsidiary of NABARD ( National Agriculture and Rural Development Bank), Govt of India.

NABCONS is very good for initial beginning of career but after that " No Promotion in the terms of Post" hurdle the career growth.
