Always harassed of junior and management also supports to senior for this. Increment comes between 0-2% and will not see any promotion. Overall policies 0% for junior level.

Rajneeti, Salary bahut kam hai,Gate pass bhi nhi hai. Jaan bujhkar pareshan krte hai. Idhar kuch acha nhi hai. Jo log yaha acha hai vo thik nhi pata .usko rukne nhi dete. Rajneeti bahut hi hai

Salary was good, policies were good. No canteen arrangements. No good buses for transportation. Kashipur site was extremely inside. No transportation after 18.00 pm. No sitting arrangements. No job's security.Would not prefer to anybody to go there?

Highly toxic work environment, not good organization, no vision, extreme work pressure unnecessary, top management is worse and highly egoistic, no work life balance, not good at all for career growth.

Plant head interactions with employees is highly worse, terrible, unsatisfactory autocratic. Plant head is third rate person. Politics is extreme, not a safe environment for skilled people. Not a good organization to join. Policies are on paper and audit purpose not for employee welfare.

Working culture is bad . Upper management doing partiality on analyst position.

Dislikes

Plant head not interact to analyst and open house is only formality. Get pass not available in any condition. Performance rewards getting only managers favourite employees not a hard worker.
