Good work environment. Teammates are supportive.Company policies are very fluctuating but they give good salary hike and bonus.

Company management is very poor, no HR rules or policies. Terrible politics. No fixed salary timing. Salary is very low, no fixed increament timing.

1. Language for workers not effective by management. 2. Some incharges are not knowledge good qualified.

Maintenance team is highly skilled to solve the problem.Fooding and accommodation is good.

Salary is too late . You can transfer to any site at any time. Other departmental person will interfere in your work.

There rule of giving 12 holidays a year, the culture of making employees do overtime unnecessarily, poor work allotment, undefined roles, no policy for employee benefit or anything which can give motivation or satisfaction to employee
