Started my carrier with NV Organics and till date did not felt the need to switch either for jump in salary or better learning opportunities. Management here especially MD is very much supportive and makes sure that all the employees are working in healthy state of mind. I pursued my masters degree while working with NV, as the team here is really supportive. In Covid 19 we were paid regularly despite of complete shutdown and our jobs very secure. As an out station employee offices took complete responsibilities of travel arrangements during pandemic. Paid Maternity leaves were given for 6 months with further option of WFH for 9 months and flexi work pattern till baby turns 2, what else can a new mom ask for? Overall, I have not seen this kind of environment in any other company around. Best decision of my life!

...I joined the company based on terms agreed upon with manager Yatharth Budhiraja. However, once the Managing Director, Gautam Budhiraja, returned, the originally agreed salary was not honored. This breach of trust ultimately led to my resignation. The company imposes a six-month probation period and a mandatory two-year bond, which is non-negotiable. Employees who breach this bond are required to pay three months’ salary as a penalty. In contrast, the company only compensated me for the days I worked and did not provide even a month’s salary upon my departure, which I found unfair. It’s also worth noting that Gautam Budhiraja did not prioritize even his own son’s interests, which may indicate how the organization values its employees. The overall experience has led me to believe that N V Organics operates more like a local shop rather than a professional organization. The MD’s lack of attention to employee concerns and his failure to manage fair compensation reflect poorly on the company’s practices. I strongly advise potential employees to carefully consider these issues before joining N V Organics.

This is better to open a tea stall instead to work in this pathetic hell NVO. Management & MD all are very deplomatic. They play with emotions of their employees. They treat very well in first year but after that they forced to employee to leave the job by their very cunning misbehave. MD is big lucha kind of person and at the time of increment he let his dogs (chamchai) to bite innocent employees. MD completely do partiality and give his golden shit to his dear once and woman staff specially like thurky budha. Every employee curse him behind his back and chamchai clapping for his foolish activities. MD completely eccentric and use abusive language with male staff but to give special attention to stupid woman's staff. He have no heart that think about how employee feel who left his hell office due to his cunning nature. Never ever think to join this terrible company.
