Not at all safe and secured for job seekers. They never follow the job profile while assigning the work. They expect that you should do any work which you ask to do. No support at all. Very pathetic work culture no job security. No proper management.

No words can express. Just that no appointment letter is issued , no policies explained , no fixed timings, work also on Sundays, Diwali n Christmas n May Salary to be deducted without ne intimation. No job security. U can be sacked ne moment. U cannot ask Ur higher authorities y Ur sal is deducted or u r targeted n insulted. No support for teachers. U r forced to work under pressure.
