Bad work enviornment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and company policies are very bad

There is a lot of politics and the managment doesn't address our issues salary is not decent and career growth is slow

The office team is very good and also there is a good work life balance apart from due dates of returns.

Dislikes

It is a very basic firm as it does not have enough professionalism and works like a donkey. No one believes in smart work and new ideas are not appreciated. Even work load is to be bear by one or two people and all other staff people are not concerned.
